Above if the picture and view from the Freedom Tower, that little sliver is the exterior elevator which is kind've freaky to ride on!

Above is the spire which counted towards the buildings height. The official 'ruling' makes the Freedom Toer taller than the Sears Tower. As if the 1,776 foot symbolic height would've been overruled? I don't think so....still the antenna/spire distinction seems to be cheating....
