Soldier’s and Sailor’s Monument in #brooklyn #nyc #ny focusing on the quadriga in #grandarmyplaza . Initially the arch was built without the crowning sculpture. This sculpture depicts the Goddess of Victory riding a 4 horsed quadriga, representing the Union Army, with sword, colors and flagstaff.
